Responsibilities:
- Upload information on the websites and social media platforms regularly.
- Monitor and review periodic postings of information, events, corporate relations, and social responsibility projects on the website
- Ensure the presentation of a consistent visual image on the company’s websites, and social media platforms, by promoting uniform fonts, formatting icons, images, layout techniques, and modularization.
- Monitor website, and social media traffic and present weekly statistical
- report to the Group Head.
- Promote proper use of HTML language and stay abreast of developing HTML standards.
- Carry out scheduled updates for existing content.
- Constantly review the functionality/appropriateness of the websites to internet users.
- Ensure that published content does not violate copyright laws
- Collaborate with Brand Management staff on design and layout issues to facilitate web publishing.
- Establish pointers from other relevant sites and WWWÂ search sites
- Promote the company’s websites to appropriate internal and external audiences.
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a good Honours degree from a recognized university in social sciences, Arts, Humanities, or other relevant fields.
- Candidates must have a cumulative experience of more than 8 years experience in a similar or related capacity, with a demonstrable track record of credible performance.
- Candidates should have the drive to work independently on a wide range of their department’s issues.
- Candidate should be exceptionally strong in oral and written communication.Â
- Candidate should possess creative and Interpersonal Skills – Should be a creative leader within their teams and company-wide.
- Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of strategic issues affecting brand building and customer experience
- Relevant experience working for a digital or IT firm; a marketing communications firm; or a structured organization; and familiarity with a variety of web application packages and Google certification would be an advantage
- Candidate should be a top-class communicator
- Highly diligent and dependable
- Unfailingly courteous and customer-centric
