Responsibilities:

  • Upload information on the websites and social media platforms regularly.
  • Monitor and review periodic postings of information, events, corporate relations, and social responsibility projects on the website
  • Ensure the presentation of a consistent visual image on the company’s websites, and social media platforms, by promoting uniform fonts, formatting icons, images, layout techniques, and modularization.
  • Monitor website, and social media traffic and present weekly statistical
  • report to the Group Head.
  • Promote proper use of HTML language and stay abreast of developing HTML standards.
  • Carry out scheduled updates for existing content.
  • Constantly review the functionality/appropriateness of the websites to internet users.
  • Ensure that published content does not violate copyright laws
  • Collaborate with Brand Management staff on design and layout issues to facilitate web publishing.
  • Establish pointers from other relevant sites and WWW search sites
  • Promote the company’s websites to appropriate internal and external audiences.



Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess a good Honours degree from a recognized university in social sciences, Arts, Humanities, or other relevant fields.
  • Candidates must have a cumulative experience of more than 8 years experience in a similar or related capacity, with a demonstrable track record of credible performance.
  • Candidates should have the drive to work independently on a wide range of their department’s issues.
  • Candidate should be exceptionally strong in oral and written communication. 
  • Candidate should possess creative and Interpersonal Skills – Should be a creative leader within their teams and company-wide.
  • Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of strategic issues affecting brand building and customer experience
  • Relevant experience working for a digital or IT firm; a marketing communications firm; or a structured organization; and familiarity with a variety of web application packages and Google certification would be an advantage
  • Candidate should be a top-class communicator
  • Highly diligent and dependable
  • Unfailingly courteous and customer-centric
