We are seeking a Head, Business Development & Operations to join us.

- Drive loan portfolio growth and optimize yield across loan products while maintaining alignment with the company’s risk appetite.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and payment providers to improve loan disbursement and repayment processes.
- Ensure full compliance with CBN regulations and Nigerian debt recovery laws through continuous market and regulatory analysis.
- Oversee credit risk assessment, including financial statement analysis, credit reviews, collateral evaluation, and loan approval quality monitoring.
- Manage portfolio performance by reducing delinquency, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), write-offs, and improving recovery rates through effective restructuring and collection strategies.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing loan processing turnaround time (TAT), ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining error-free documentation and disbursement accuracy.
- Lead and monitor team performance by driving KPI achievement, tracking productivity, and enforcing attendance and performance standards.
- Own revenue growth for the e-commerce business by implementing sales, pricing, product mix, and customer acquisition strategies that improve profitability.
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and issue resolution to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Enhance customer experience and operational performance by managing support operations, monitoring key KPIs, generating reports, and implementing data-driven process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations (preferably in e-commerce & loan financial services).
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, loan operations, and inventory management.
- Experience with e-commerce & buy now pay later (e.g., Jumia, Konga).
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Remuneration: NGN 600,000 - 700,000 Net
