Job summary
The Head Asset Manager will be responsible for creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, by providing personalized service to clients. The Applicant must be SEC Sponsored Individual under Fund/Portfolio Managers License.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, initiate, and retain new clients.
- Implement strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Establish sales objectives for the team.
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the team.
- Contribute to and develop long-term marketing plans and strategies.
- Maintain relationships with, and provide support for clients.
- Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and build quality work relationship with clients.
- Assist in organising and attending events.
- Ensure effective delivery of excellent customer service.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the organisation.
- Augment team performance by providing guidance and solutions to improve work efficiency.
- Provide sales reports and realistic projections to management.
- Organize periodic meetings with team members to review sales activities.
- Contribute to team effort by helping to accomplish results as required.
- Prepare reports for the team.
- Provide needed documents and support to team members.
- Accompany and guide members of the team on sales calls.
- Monitor, guide and manage the organisation’s sales agents force.
- Assist with the organisation’s sales agents' incentive compensation plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 6 years of previous experience in a similar role.
