Hair Care Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Wash, cut, style, color, and treat clients’ hair
• Install wigs using glue, gel, sewing, or other installation methods
• Customize wigs by plucking, bleaching knots, tinting lace, and styling
• Ventilate hair strands onto lace materials using ventilating needles
• Create natural-looking hairlines, closures, and frontals
• Braid clients’ hair neatly in preparation for wig installation
• Recommend suitable hair and wig care products to clients
• Repair and maintain wigs, frontals, and closures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstation
• Attend to clients professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep up with modern hairstyling, wig installation, and ventilation techniques
• Manage appointments and maintain good client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairstylist, Wig Installer, or Ventilator
• Knowledge of hair styling, treatment, and coloring techniques
• Skilled in frontal, closure, and full lace wig installations
• Ability to ventilate wigs and create natural hairlines
• Good braiding and wig customization skills
• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
• Patience, hand coordination, and concentration for ventilation work
• Certification or training in cosmetology or hairdressing is an added advantage
• monthly target: 20-25 hairs monthly (2*6, 4*4, 5*5)
