- Perform hair colouring, relaxing, perming, and treatment services.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape and client preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness of tools, workstations, and salon equipment.
- Keep up with current beauty and hair trends.
- Book appointments and manage client records.
- Sell hair care products when necessary.
- Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction throughout services.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of hair care techniques and products.
- Ability to cut, braid, colour, and style different hair types.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Physical stamina for standing long hours.
- Certification or salon training is often an advantage.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
