Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Greet clients, discuss preferences, evaluate hair types, and recommend suitable cuts, colours, or treatments.
- Hair Care Services: Wash, shampoo, condition, cut, trim, blow-dry, curl, straighten, perm, and style hair.
- Colouring & Treatments: Apply highlights, balayage, ombre, bleaching, and conditioning masks or keratin smoothing treatments.
- Retail & Sales: Recommend and sell hair care products, shampoos, oils, and styling tools to clients.
- Salon Maintenance: Sanitise tools, sterilise equipment, sweep floors, and keep individual styling stations neat and safe.
- Business Operations: Manage appointment bookings, handle walk-ins, process payments, and build a loyal client base.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000
