Responsibilities:
- Engage, educate, onboard, and guide new customers through the complete registration and payment pipeline.
- Explain our pooled-resource model clearly to job seekers, addressing skepticism with verified trust documents and professional communication.
- Ensure candidates correctly input your unique Agent Code during signup to track your performance dashboard accurately.
- Maintain active daily and weekly outreach momentum to hit target conversion volumes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- High digital literacy and ability to explain tech platforms clearly.
- Resilience, persistence, and capacity to handle high-volume outreach.
- Must be results-oriented and driven by performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Daily Target: 18 – 25 verified paid onboardings.
- Weekly Target: 125 – 175 verified paid onboardings.
- Monthly Target: 500 – 700 verified paid onboardings.
