Job summary

We are looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager who will own revenue generation end-to-end across multiple platforms. This role is not about impressions, likes, or vanity metrics. It is about customers acquired, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue targets across all platforms
  • Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments (schools, employers, clinics, institutions, businesses)
  • Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts (prospecting, outreach, demos, pilots, negotiations)
  • Design and refine pricing models, packages, and offers
  • Build partnerships and institutional relationships
  • Convert early adopters into long-term paying customers
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns support revenue goals
  • Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
  • Create repeatable sales playbooks and scalable growth processes
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize growth strategies


Platform-Specific Focus Areas

  • Filly Tutor: Schools, parents, institutions, tutoring organizations
  • Filly Jobs: Employers, recruiters, HR teams, SMEs


Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, growth, business development, or revenue roles
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles
  • Comfortable running demos, negotiations, and pilot programs
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HealthTech, or marketplaces
  • Experience selling to institutions or enterprises
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Startup or growth-stage company experience
  • Ability to work across multiple products simultaneously

  • Clear revenue strategy for each platform
  • Active sales pipeline with qualified leads
  • First closed deals or pilot contracts
  • Refined pricing and positioning based on market feedback
  • Repeatable sales process in place
