Growth & Revenue Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager who will own revenue generation end-to-end across multiple platforms. This role is not about impressions, likes, or vanity metrics. It is about customers acquired, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets across all platforms
- Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments (schools, employers, clinics, institutions, businesses)
- Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts (prospecting, outreach, demos, pilots, negotiations)
- Design and refine pricing models, packages, and offers
- Build partnerships and institutional relationships
- Convert early adopters into long-term paying customers
- Work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns support revenue goals
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
- Create repeatable sales playbooks and scalable growth processes
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize growth strategies
Platform-Specific Focus Areas
- Filly Tutor: Schools, parents, institutions, tutoring organizations
- Filly Jobs: Employers, recruiters, HR teams, SMEs
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, growth, business development, or revenue roles
- Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles
- Comfortable running demos, negotiations, and pilot programs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HealthTech, or marketplaces
- Experience selling to institutions or enterprises
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Startup or growth-stage company experience
- Ability to work across multiple products simultaneously
