Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new clients, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive client acquisition through outreach, partnerships, and relationship building.
- Conduct outreach via email, calls, meetings, and referrals
- Own sales conversations from first contact to close.
- Pitch Onyx’s services to brands, businesses, and organizations.
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Position Onyx’s creative work as commercial offerings.
- Collaborate with the content team to support marketing and sales efforts
- Manage and guide the content producer to support growth.
- Track leads, conversations, sales activities, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple sales conversations
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated

- Experience selling services or working with creative agencies
- Understanding of branding, media, or content services
