Job summary

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to drive client acquisition, partnerships, and commercial growth. This role is responsible for bringing clients into the business, positioning Onyx commercially, and ensuring our content supports growth objectives. This is a sales and business development role with a strong marketing understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client acquisition through outreach, partnerships, and relationship building.
  • Own sales conversations from first contact to close.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships.
  • Position Onyx’s creative work as commercial offerings.
  • Translate business goals into content direction.
  • Manage and guide the Content Producer to support growth.
  • Track leads, conversations, and outcomes.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Degree in a related field
