- Monitor supply and demand across service categories and locations, and act on imbalances before they cause churn.
- Ensure posted tasks receive suitable bids within the target timeframe, and drive up the percentage of tasks that receive at least one qualified bid.
- Identify categories or areas with thin supply and run targeted recruitment to fill them.
- Work with operations and support to close marketplace gaps and improve completion rates.
Service Provider (Tasker) Acquisition & Activation:
- Recruit freelancers, artisans, and professional service providers onto the platform.

- Drive registrations, task postings, and completed transactions, and support activation, retention, and repeat usage.
- Develop the diaspora channel (Nigerians abroad hiring for family at home) as a distinct, higher-trust segment.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, content, SEO/SEM, and paid media on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Own campaign objectives, budgets, audiences, and targets, and optimise against cost per acquisition and completed tasks.
- Manage TaskAlley’s digital channels as primary tools for awareness and conversion.
Partnerships, Activations & Experimentation:
- Develop partnerships with businesses, universities, estates, and community groups across supply and demand sides.
- Plan and run campus, community, and field activations, and build referral, ambassador, and creator programmes.
- Own monthly and quarterly growth plans, run experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral, and scale what works.
Performance & Analytics:
- Maintain a growth and marketplace dashboard and report weekly and monthly against agreed KPIs.
- Track trends, risks, and performance gaps, and present recommendations and corrective actions to management.
- Recommend product and journey improvements to the product team based on marketplace and behavioural data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
