Workplace Leadership Institute Canada (WLI) is looking for *Growth Marketing Specialists* at the Mid-Level and Senior levels to help expand our presence in the Nigerian corporate market. This is a results-driven, revenue-focused role for marketing experts who can generate qualified leads, engage decision-makers, build relationships, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into business.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and new business opportunities.
  • Identify target organizations and key decision-makers, particularly within HR, Learning & Development, and leadership functions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and initiate conversations through email, LinkedIn, phone, networking, and other relevant channels.
  • Nurture prospects through consistent and strategic follow-up.
  • Develop campaigns and messaging that generate leads, sales conversations, and revenue.
  • Research the Nigerian corporate market to identify high-potential industries and organizations.
  • Manage and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
  • Track lead generation, conversion, campaign performance, and other growth metrics.
  • Work closely with the team to move qualified opportunities from initial contact toward conversion.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, referrals, events, content, and other channels


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Relevant experience may include growth marketing, B2B marketing, lead generation, business development, demand generation, sales development, or related fields.
  • Commercially minded and focused on measurable results.
  • Experienced in B2B lead generation and prospect engagement.
  • Confident communicating with business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Strong in research, communication, persuasion, and relationship building.
  • Comfortable with outbound marketing and business development.
  • Able to use data and insights to improve marketing performance.
  •  Familiar with CRM, email marketing, LinkedIn, analytics, and other relevant growth tools
