Role Description This is a hybrid internship role for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with flexibility for some work from home. The Growth Marketing Manager intern will assist in planning and executing data-driven campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. Daily tasks include supporting marketing experiments, analyzing performance data, optimizing funnels, and contributing to performance reports and dashboards. The intern will help manage marketing automation workflows, track web and campaign analytics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects and timelines. The role also involves conducting market and competitor research, brainstorming growth initiatives, and helping Temivilla improve its brand visibility and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interest or foundational experience in Growth Marketing, with a focus on experimentation and performance-driven strategies.
- Proficiency or familiarity with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to track, measure, and interpret campaign performance.
- Basic understanding of Marketing Automation platforms and workflows to support lead nurturing and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a concise, actionable way.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and data visualization tools; familiarity with A/B testing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and strong time management.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in real estate, property technology, or digital marketplaces is a plus.
