Seeking a high-impact Growth Marketing Lead to drive B2B demand for UCaaS/CCaaS. You’ll own end-to-end digital strategy, from budget to funnel performance, translating complex automation Trading automation and communication solutions into clear business value for mid-market and enterprise leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Demand Generation: Lead the marketing strategy across content, social media, email, SEO, and paid channels while translating revenue goals into actionable priorities.
- Pipeline Influence: Drive inbound interest and support outbound sales efforts with targeted campaigns to ensure shared accountability for pipeline creation.
- Content & Brand Authority: Oversee LinkedIn thought leadership and executive positioning, focusing on themes like CX, cloud communications, and AI voice agents.
- Sales & Partnership Alignment: Partner closely with Sales to support long B2B cycles, define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and activate industry events and webinars.
- Performance Analytics: Own the marketing tech stack and reporting dashboards to track MQLs, SQLs, and ROI, making data-driven decisions on what to scale.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B digital or growth marketing roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven background in marketing UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology solutions.
- B2B Expertise: Deep understanding of complex B2B buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with content marketing, paid acquisition, and email marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to use CRM and analytics tools to optimize conversion rates.
Preferred Tools:
- CRM: Zoho CRM and associated marketing automation tools.
- Ads & Social: LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads platforms.
- Web: WordPress & CMS management.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven CX or voice solutions is a significant plus.
