Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to drive digital marketing and B2B demand for our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement, translating complex communication solutions into clear business value for enterprise clients.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Demand Generation:

  • Lead the full marketing strategy across content, social, email, SEO, and paid channels
  • Translate revenue goals into actionable marketing priorities and campaign calendars
  • Own the marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI


Pipeline Influence:

  • Drive inbound interest and support outbound sales with targeted, high-conversion campaigns
  • Ensure shared accountability for pipeline creation between Marketing and Sales
  • Align campaign activity to revenue targets and sales cycle stages


Content & Brand Authority:

  • Oversee LinkedIn thought leadership and executive positioning for the brand
  • Lead content strategy around CX, cloud communications and AI voice agents
  • Build brand authority among mid-market and enterprise decision-makers


Sales & Partnership Alignment:

  • Work closely with Sales to support long B2B cycles and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Activate and manage industry events, webinars and partner co-marketing initiatives
  • Develop sales enablement assets that accelerate deal progression


Performance & Analytics:

  • Own the marketing tech stack and reporting dashboards
  • Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates and campaign ROI
  • Make data-driven decisions on what to scale, pause or pivot

  

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in B2B digital or growth marketing roles
  • Proven background in marketing UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing, paid acquisition, and email marketing
  • Strong ability to use CRM and analytics tools to optimise conversion rates

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • WordPress / CMS 


Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven CX or voice solutions is a significant advantage.

 

How We Measure Success:

  • Pipeline and revenue are directly influenced by marketing activity
  • Quality and conversion rate of inbound leads generated
  • Growth in brand authority and share of voice among key decision-makers
  • Sales team adoption of marketing assets and overall campaign performance
