Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth (Core KPI):
- Drive consistent increases in daily and monthly order volume
- Improve cost per order while scaling revenue
Paid Advertising:
- Own and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end
- Test creatives daily (Reels, carousels, UGC-style content)
- Build and scale retargeting and lookalike audiences
Content That Converts:
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
- Create or oversee high-converting product content and captions that reflect our premium, aspirational brand voice
Retention & CRM:
- Manage customer database and segmentation
- Run WhatsApp broadcast and catalog campaigns (a high-ROI channel for us)
- Execute email/SMS campaigns and improve repeat purchase rate
Partnerships & Campaigns:
- Identify and manage micro-influencer collaborations
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and corporate/B2B gifting
Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report weekly on ROAS, cost per order, conversion rate, and repeat purchases
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations
Who You Are:
- You take full ownership, you spot gaps and act without waiting for instructions
- You are relentlessly driven by results; marketing equals revenue, not likes or impressions
- You execute fast, test constantly, and iterate based on data
- You maintain high standards for premium branding and never cheapen our voice
- You are honest with numbers; you diagnose problems instead of spinning results
- You understand how to speak to 40+ accomplished, successful Nigerians with respect and aspiration

Requirements:
- 3–5 years' hands-on experience in digital/growth/e-commerce marketing (fashion, lifestyle or retail is a strong advantage)
- Proven track record managing Meta Ads with real budgets and measurable results (ROAS, cost per order, or revenue-driven), not just boosting posts
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Advantage+, audience building, and creative testing
- Ability to create high-converting content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Strong persuasive copywriting skills aligned with a premium brand tone
- Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics
- Full-time availability to work on-site in our Lagos office (no remote-only)
- Genuinely appreciates premium craftsmanship and understands what it means to market to Nigeria's accomplished professional class, not just sell to them
Strong Advantages:
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API/catalog and broadcast campaigns
- Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar) and Google Analytics
- Google Ads experience is a plus but not required
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly Gross
