Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketer based in Ikeja. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to acquire and engage customers. Daily responsibilities include overseeing lead generation initiatives, optimizing marketing campaigns, conducting marketing analytics to understand performance, and identifying innovative growth opportunities. Additionally, the Growth Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive traffic and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to scale and optimize customer acquisition efforts.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to assess campaign performance and data insights for decision-making.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation strategies to effectively build and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and present findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales technology or experience in related industries like FMCG, Banking, Consulting, or IT is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Two years post graduation experience


Remuneration

The candidate would be paid N140,000 in the initial instance and after 4 months of satisfactory completion of the probation period the candidate would have an increase in their monthly pay
