Growth Marketer
Job summary
We seek a data-driven Growth Marketer to design and scale our user acquisition and market expansion strategies across multiple digital products. You will turn business goals into actionable roadmaps, optimizing digital funnels and aligning regional sales workflows to drive rapid revenue growth.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Design and execute scalable, hybrid (online and offline) market-entry and growth strategies
- Build, optimize, and manage end-to-end digital user acquisition and lead generation funnels
- Translate high-level corporate revenue targets into daily and weekly tactical roadmaps for the regional sales asset.
- Equip decentralized sales executives with data-backed pitch scripts, marketing collateral, and targeting frameworks
- Plan and coordinate educational webinars, content marketing, and email outreach campaigns to drive platform signups
- Identify and target high-yield B2B customer segments, technical hubs, and corporate organizations
- Continuously track, analyze, and optimize core growth metrics, including CAC, conversion rates, and monthly recurring revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements to uncover new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal teams to build clear, value-driven product messaging that drives customer activation
- Manage performance marketing budgets efficiently across various channels to maximize ROI
- Review and optimize user onboarding experiences to increase retention and lifetime value
- Report regularly on performance metrics, growth experiments, and regional sales pipelines to executive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Product Marketer, or Commercial Lead
- Experience working within the Fintech, Telecom, or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sectors in Nigeria
- Strong knowledge of both digital marketing ecosystems and real-world sales team coordination
- Solid understanding of B2B client acquisition channels and market-activation strategies
- Ability to look at aggressive financial milestones and break them down mathematically across product lines and regional quotas
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and team mobilization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a deep focus on data and conversion funnels
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, growing team environment
