Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing calendar in line with business objectives and seasonal peaks.
  • Manage influencer and ambassador programs: selection, contracting, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Work with the Content Manager to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality, engaging content.
  • Manage and monitor the campaigns, reporting ROI and recommend optimisations.
  • Coordinate with the performance marketing manager to ensure campaign creative and targeting align with sales goals.
  • Support in market research, focus groups, and consumer insights to optimise campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Sales & Channel Lead to align campaigns with retail & DTC pushes.
  • Maintain a global marketing calendar across time zones.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines for all markets.
  • Manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and any other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust for ROI across markets.
  • Implement remarketing funnels and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with the content manager to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Share insights with the head of growth marketing and channel & growth lead to optimise spend.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Test and implement new ad formats and targeting strategies.


Requirements:

  • 4 years in brand management or marketing execution (digital + offline).  3 years in digital advertising.
  • Strong campaign management and creative briefing skills.
  • Experience with influencer and partnership marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset and budget-handling experience.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools.


KPIs:

  • On-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns.
  • Influencer engagement and ROI.
  • Content production and quality metrics.
  • Contribution to sales and conversion goals.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
  • Click-through rates.
  • Contribution to sales from paid channels.
