Growth Marketer / Go-To-Market Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer / Go-To-Market Specialist to help us take our product from product-led MVP to real market traction.

Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop an early-stage go-to-market strategy.
- Identify the strongest early customer segment.
- Research and evaluate potential target users, including: Students, Job seekers, Professionals, Bootcamps, Universities, Corporate training teams, Employers, Online learning communities
- Define the ideal customer profile for the first phase of growth.
- Research competitors and alternative solutions.
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits.
- Create clear positioning and messaging.
- Recommend the most practical market wedge based on cost, speed, reach, and conversion potential.
Growth Experiments:
- Design and run growth experiments across multiple channels.
- Test different acquisition channels, including: LinkedIn, Email outreach, Communities, Partnerships, Founder-led content, Referral campaigns, Product-led growth
- Define hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics for each experiment.
- Track experiment results.
- Report what worked, what failed, and why.
- Recommend which channels to continue, improve, or stop.
Content and Founder-Led Growth:
- Develop a founder-led content strategy.
- Create LinkedIn content ideas and drafts.
- Turn founder ideas into sharp, engaging posts.
- Create content around: AI and learning, Knowledge gaps, Skills, Employability, Assessment, Future of education, Human intelligence in the AI era
- Help position the product and its founder as credible voices in AI-powered learning.
- Build a repeatable content system that supports visibility, trust, and conversion.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Build targeted lead lists.
- Identify potential: Early users, Pilot customers, Schools, Bootcamps, Communities, Partners, Companies, Training providers
- Write and test outreach messages.
- Run outreach campaigns through: Email, LinkedIn, Communities, Partnerships
- Generate conversations, signups, demo requests, pilot opportunities, or partnership interest.
- Track response rates and conversion rates.
- Improve outreach messaging based on feedback.
Partnerships and Community Growth:
- Identify relevant communities and ecosystem partners.
- Find opportunities for: Webinars, Product demos, Pilot programs, Community partnerships, Educational collaborations, Influencer collaborations
- Build relationships with: Educators, Bootcamp operators, Learning communities, Career communities, Training companies, Universities, Student groups, Tech communities
Funnel and Conversion Support:
- Review landing page messaging.
- Recommend improvements to: Signup flow, Waitlist flow, Demo flow, Onboarding flow, Product messaging
- Help create marketing assets, including: Landing page copy, Email sequences. Product explainers, Demo scripts, Campaign copy, Outreach templates
- Help define early activation and retention signals.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create weekly growth reports.
- Track key metrics such as: Leads generated, Signups, Waitlist users, Demo bookings, Pilot conversations, Outreach replies, Content reach, Engagement, Conversion rates, Community activity
- Focus on useful insights, not vanity metrics.
- Recommend clear next steps based on data.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
