Head of Growth
Job summary
We are building a next-generation Nigerian neobank and are looking for a Head of Growth to help scale our mobile app from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for a builder who wants to design and run the entire growth engine from acquisition to activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Build and execute the app growth strategy.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and funded accounts.
- Increase deposits, transactions, and card usage.
- Optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
- Run growth experiments and A/B tests.
- Build partnerships and community-led growth.
- Track and report core growth KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in growth, digital marketing, or product growth.
- Experience in fintech, neobank, telco, or consumer tech.
- Strong data and experimentation mindset.
