Growth Manager
Job summary
We're hiring a Growth Manager to own customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth from theground up. This is a hands-on, individual contributor to builder role: you'll design and run the growth strategy, then build out the team and processes to scale it as the company grows.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Design, launch, and iterate on growth experiments (paid, lifecycle, referral, partnerships, content) using a test-and-learn approach.
- Define and track the core growth metrics/KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion, churn, payback period) and report on them regularly to leadership.
- Build and own the growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort.
- Establish SOPs, dashboards, and repeatable playbooks for growth activities as the function matures.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
- Lead experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to optimize marketing funnels, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage growth-related budgets and vendor/tool relationships (analytics,
- CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced analytics background a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or product roles, with a proven track record in fintech, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Track record of owning and hitting growth or revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, experimentation design, and translating numbers into decisions.
- Experience with growth/marketing tooling (analytics platforms, CRM, A/B testing, automation tools).
What we are looking for (Mindset):
- Genuine ownership mindset - you treat the function as if it were your own business, not a set of assigned tasks.
- Builder mentality - comfortable creating structure, SOPs, and process from a blank page rather than inheriting a mature playbook.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and make sound judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
- Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred - comfortable with fast pace, limited resources, and shifting priorities.
