We are building Pair, a smarter, more reliable way to commute in Lagos through scheduled shared rides. We’re looking for someone who can take our early demand (waiting list) and turn it into real, active riders as we approach our pilot launch. This is not a “post content and manage socials” role. This is a growth + execution role.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage and activate users on our waiting list (email, WhatsApp, direct outreach)
- Speak directly with potential riders to understand commuting patterns and pain points
- Run and test campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Use Twitter and LinkedIn to build narrative and visibility
- Create simple, clear visuals to communicate the product
- Drive early adoption for pilot routes and convert interest into actual bookings
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
