Growth & Client Success Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a Growth & Client Success Manager (Remote – SaaS) to drive lead generation, product demos, deal conversion, onboarding, and customer retention for our SaaS platforms. This role is responsible for identifying prospects, running structured online demonstrations, closing subscription deals, and ensuring new clients successfully adopt and continue using the platform. We are looking for a disciplined, performance-driven individual who is motivated by results and growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, product demos, closing deals, onboarding clients, and driving recurring revenue for our SaaS platforms and building prospect lists
- Executing outbound email and LinkedIn outreach
- Booking and conducting demos
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Onboarding new clients
- Providing follow-up support to improve retention.
- Testing product features and providing structured feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with confidence engaging professional decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and operate effectively in a remote environment is essential.
Remunerations: NGN 150,000 per month plus 15% commission on subscription revenue from clients closed, calculated on the first three months of subscription payments only.
