Our client is a fast-growing relationship coaching, counseling, and media brand committed to transforming lives through counseling services, digital content, books, communities, events, and educational programs. We are seeking a highly driven Growth & Client Success Manager to lead our sales operations, manage client relationships, convert enquiries into paying clients, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to enquiries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into paying clients for counseling sessions, coaching programs, books, digital products, events, and community memberships.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the buying journey.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain an accurate CRM, ensuring all enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions are properly documented.
- Conduct outbound outreach to churches, schools, organizations, companies, NGOs, and corporate bodies to secure speaking engagements, workshops, partnerships, and corporate training opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that improve conversion rates and increase revenue.
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the marketing and content team to improve campaigns, messaging, and customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, conversions, revenue, and sales performance.
- Work closely with the CEO and internal team to identify new business opportunities and support the company's overall growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Experience within coaching, consulting, education, digital media, or other service-based businesses is an added advantage.
