Group Head Operations

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate General Managers, Business Unit Managers and Heads across the Group.
  
• Drive regular management meetings, reporting and follow-up.
  
• Track KPIs, targets, decisions, deadlines and key deliverables.
  
• Hold managers accountable for agreed priorities and timelines.
  
• Identify and resolve cross-business operational issues.
  
• Coordinate activities across creative, film/media production, hospitality, restaurants, arts and culture.
  
• Provide consolidated operational updates and performance reports to Group Leadership.
  
• Maintain business continuity and operational momentum when the principal leader is unavailable.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
  
• 8 years' relevant experience in operations, business management or a senior management role.
  
• Proven experience coordinating multiple business units, departments or operating divisions.
  
• Strong experience with KPIs, performance management, reporting and operational execution.
  
• Experience working with and coordinating senior managers.
  
• Experience in a multi-unit or diversified organisation.

• Experience coordinating creative and commercial operations.
