We are seeking a smart, disciplined, and technically inclined graduate to join our greenhouse operations team as an Irrigation & Fertigation Graduate Trainee.

Role Overview

As a Greenhouse Irrigation and Fertigation Graduate Trainee, you will support daily irrigation and nutrient management operations to ensure healthy crop growth and optimal greenhouse performance. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in modern greenhouse agriculture and irrigation systems engineering. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training on advanced greenhouse irrigation and fertigation systems experienced local and international technical supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of greenhouse irrigation systems
• Support fertigation mixing, dosing, and monitoring processes
• Monitor irrigation schedules, pressure, and water distribution
• Assist with maintenance of pumps, filters, valves, and drip systems
• Support greenhouse climate and crop monitoring activities
• Maintain operational records and daily reports
• Work closely with the Senior Agronomist and technical supervisors

Requirements

• B.Eng / B.Tech / HND in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technology and other technical discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a greenhouse environment
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems is an advantage
• Must be disciplined, proactive, and hardworking
