Key Deliverables Designs: Fliers, invite cards, bookmarkers, notepads, social media banners/display pictures, quotes, outdoor advertising (Billboard, banners etc.) Get design brief from stakeholders. Conceptualization and development of design Share with Supervisor and stakeholders. Effectively implement any feedbacks. Any other duties or tasks as may be assigned from time to time Knowledge, Skills and Behavior Educational/ Functional / Technical Qualifications Minimum of a BSc. Relevant graphics design skills. Formal training various aspect graphics design. Formal training in creative thinking and brand strategy from a renewed establishment. Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years) At least three (5) years working in a fast-paced agency or studio environment as a graphics design supervisor is preferred. A design portfolio that covers all aspect of graphics design. Attitude and Behavioral Traits Must demonstrate self-leadership. Must demonstrate a can-do attitude. Be allergic to making excuses. Should demonstrate grit and a drive to achieve set goals. Their portfolio must show expertise in a wide range of graphics design from Advertising and Marketing, Publication, Environmental design, and Illustrative design. Must have experience in creating slide deck (not limited to Photoshop but also Powerpoint, Prezi etc). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Highly organized and proficient in time management. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Have extensive knowledge of design principles and practical knowledge in their application. Print experience Have field experience with print design (not limited to Direct Image print but also large format and Offset Lithography). Must have hands on experience with color profiling and how they playout in various print materials and machines in Nigeria. Must be able to get up to date production cost of various print materials. Vendor Management Must be a good negotiator. Ability to maintain good relations with vendors across different sphere of the communication industry. Must be able to manage vendors peculiarities while achieving timely delivery. Software Competencies Possession of extensive knowledge of the use of: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Dimension CorelDraw Microsoft PowerPoint Cinema 4d/SketchUp/3D Studio max Responsibilities Manage the creative process from start to finish, including concept development, design, production, and final delivery. Stays up to date with industry trends and developments and incorporate them into the design work produced by the team. Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet quality standards. Attend client meetings/presentations and communicate design concepts and strategies effectively. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Ensure that our digital billboard is constantly up to date and can be operated remotely. Manage and update the design team roster weekly.
