Job summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that support the organization's branding, marketing, advertising, and communication objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Design creative visual materials for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and advertisements
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brand assets, company profiles, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to create engaging campaign visuals
- Create graphics for social media campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate communications
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and design elements for various projects
- Prepare design files for print production and digital publishing
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Review and update existing designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Stay informed about design trends, creative techniques, and industry best practices
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND
- Proven years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, or related tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
- Excellent creativity and visual communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Good time-management and project coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
