Job descriptions & requirements
- Designing for brands, campaigns, and real-world environments
- Creating layouts for print, large-format, and digital applications
- Interpreting briefs and translating ideas into strong visuals
- Collaborating with strategists, printers, and production teams
- Iterating fast without losing quality
- 2 years of cognate experience
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW Graphics Suite
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, and brand consistency
- Ability to handle multiple projects without drama
- Portfolio that shows thinking, not just decoration
- Think in concepts, not just colours
- Understand branding, layouts, hierarchy, and storytelling
- Can take a brief and elevate it, not merely execute it
- Respect deadlines like contracts
- Can work alone, but thrives in a team that demands excellence
- You don’t need to be perfect, but you must be hungry, disciplined, and teachable.
