Job summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, e-commerce growth, social media engagement, influencer collaborations, and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with an understanding of performance marketing and consumer brands

Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Creative:
- Design digital assets for paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create campaign visuals, promotional materials, and seasonal campaign assets.
- Develop email marketing creatives, banners, and CRM design assets.
- Produce engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, stories, and cover images.ft
E-commerce & Website Design:
- Design website banners, landing pages, product page graphics, and promotional assets.
- Create visuals that improve product storytelling and conversion rates.
- Support A/B testing initiatives with new creative concepts and layouts.
Product & Packaging Support:
- Design packaging mockups, product inserts, gift cards, and retail collateral.
- Create product visual assets for Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, and third-party marketplaces.
- Support new product launches with creative assets across all channels.
Content & Community:
- Develop branded templates for user-generated content (UGC), influencer content, and community campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers to maintain brand consistency.
- Assist with creative direction for photoshoots and campaign productions.
Brand Management:
- Ensure all creative assets align with Dang!'s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative libraries.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen brand perception and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, skincare, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, and social media design work.
- Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create designs optimized for different digital platforms.
- Basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce creative best practices is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback quickly.
