Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time remote ite, worldwide creating visual assets that support Kinerax’s brand, programs, and community initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print channels, developing visual concepts for campaigns, and producing branded materials for social media, web, and learning content. The role involves collaborating with program leads and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to new brand and sub-brand identities for programs, support live projects with design assets, and help document visual guidelines to ensure a cohesive design language.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills for digital and print assets.
- Branding and Logo Design skills to develop and refine brand identities and campaign visuals.
- Typography skills to select, pair, and apply type effectively across various media.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and a consistent design aesthetic.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for social media, web, and brand-driven campaigns is highly beneficial.
