Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for print materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional products.
• Develop concepts, mockups, and final artwork based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct specifications for color modes (CMYK), bleeds, resolutions, fonts, and file formats to avoid production issues.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, clients, and production department to understand needs and deliver designs that align with branding goals.
• Handle design projects from initial concept through to final approval and production handover.
• Design social media graphics, digital banners, e-flyers, and other marketing assets as needed.
• Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, printing technologies, and best practices in graphic design and pre-press.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure all designs are original, visually appealing, and optimized for various printing methods (digital, offset, large-format, etc.).                                                                                                                                                                                         

Requirements:

• Proven years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing, signage, or advertising agency environment.
• Excellent command of CORELDRAW& PHOTOSHOP.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work (must be able to share samples during application).
• Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, typography, layout, and pre-press requirements.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, composition, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
