Job summary

The graphic design & social media associate is responsible for creating visual content and managing the company’s digital presence across social media platforms. The role supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing campaigns through high-quality graphics, videos, and digital communications.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
  • Design marketing materials: flyers, posters, banners, brochures, presentations
  • Develop brand-consistent social media creatives
  • Produce website and digital advertising visuals
  • Create basic video content (reels, short promotional clips, animations)
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all designs

Social Media Management:
  • Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok if applicable)
  • Plan and implement weekly content calendar
  • Write captions, hashtags, and engagement posts
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
  • Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries.

Content & Marketing Support:
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and product/service promotions
  • Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth
  • Produce monthly social media performance reports
  • Conduct basic competitor and trend research
  • Support website content updates when necessary

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, mass communication, marketing, media, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or social media management (portfolio required
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Canva (mandatory)
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Creativity and visual storytelling ability
  • Understanding of branding and digital marketing
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication and writing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Social media engagement rate
  • Follower growth
  • Consistency of posting schedule
  • Quality and creativity of designs
  • Campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, leads)

Additional Duties: The employee may support website updates, marketing research, campaign planning, event branding, photography coverage, and any communications activities required by the organization.
