Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos, Rivers and Abuja

Responsibilities
Participate in structured learning and on-the-job training across various departments (Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk & Compliance, etc.).
Support day-to-day departmental activities, projects, and initiatives.
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to aid business decision-making.
Gain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with teams to execute projects and deliver business objectives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development throughout the program.
Requirements
HND / BSc Degree from a recognized institution
0–2 years of post-graduate work experience.
Must have completed NYSC.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.
