The Graduate Trainee will participate in a one-year structured internship designed to develop technical and professional skills through hands-on training and practical engineering assignments. Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured one-year graduate trainee programme, completing assigned training, rotations, and development activities.
- Assist with engineering projects by supporting design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to solve practical problems while continuously developing professional competencies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, records, drawings, and other project documentation as required.
- Comply with all organisational policies, engineering standards, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and the successful completion of all assigned tasks and training objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Eng. in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Completed the NYSC programme.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of post-NYSC experience in a relevant engineering field.
- Must be between 25–28 years of age.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and possess good analytical and communication skills.
