Graduate Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured one-year graduate trainee programme, completing assigned training, rotations, and development activities.
• Assist with engineering projects by supporting design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to solve practical problems while continuously developing professional competencies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, records, drawings, and other project documentation as required.
• Comply with all organisational policies, engineering standards, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and the successful completion of all assigned tasks and training objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Eng. in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Completed the NYSC programme.
  
• Minimum of  2–3 years of post-NYSC experience in a relevant engineering field.
  
• Must be between 25–28 years of age.
  
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and possess good analytical and communication skills.
