Responsibilities:
- Participate in the organization's graduate training and development programmes.
- Learn and understand the company's operations, products, services, and policies.
- Assist with daily departmental activities and administrative tasks.
- Support supervisors and team members in executing projects and assignments.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with different departments to gain cross-functional experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of assigned tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
