Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis to support investment decisions
- Assist with portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data tools
- Research asset classes, sectors, and macroeconomic trends
- Contribute to investment presentations, pitchbooks, and client reports
- Collaborate with teams in finance, risk, compliance, and operations
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- A recent Bachelor’s graduate in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other numeracy-related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, with a keen interest in financial markets and investment strategy
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
