Global Headhunter (Commission-Only Partnership)

About the Role

AI Talent Hunt is expanding its global headhunting network and is looking for independent headhunters and sourcers to help us identify and submit qualified candidates for active international job openings.

This is a 100% remote, commission-only opportunity with no fees, no fixed hours, and no targets.

You will be given access to our dedicated recruiter portal, where you can:

• View active job openings
• Select roles you want to work on
• Submit candidate profiles directly
• Track real-time pipeline status of your candidates

You will always know exactly where your candidates are in the hiring process.

How It Works

1. Choose a role from our portal
2. Source and submit candidates
3. Our internal team handles screening, interviews, and client coordination
4. You earn commission when the candidate is successfully placed
