Gift Curation & Production Executive

Responsibilities:

The Gift Curation & Production Executive will support:

• Gift curation for bespoke, corporate and seasonal gifting projects.
• Product research and sourcing support.
• Gift-box, hamper, basket and PR-box production.
• Wrapping, ribboning, labelling, tagging and finishing details.
• Assembly of multiple gift orders with consistency and accuracy.
• Quality control before dispatch or client handover.
• Inventory checks for gift items, packaging materials and production supplies.
• Coordination with vendors, suppliers, couriers and internal operations.
• Support for corporate gifting orders and high-volume production.
• Gift styling for content shoots, campaigns and client presentations.
• Documentation of items used, production counts, shortages and damages.
• Maintaining clean, organised and production-ready work areas.
• Ensuring every finished gift reflects the company’s luxury standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in gifting, packaging, retail, production, visual merchandising, event production, luxury goods, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and neat finishing.
• Experience with gift packaging, wrapping, hampers, PR boxes or product presentation is an advantage.
• Ability to work with ribbons, boxes, baskets, tissue, inserts, labels and delicate gift items.
• Good product judgement and understanding of premium presentation.
• Ability to follow production instructions and approved gift concepts.
• Comfortable working on multiple orders and repeated production tasks.
• Strong organisation and inventory awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure during gifting campaigns and peak periods.
• Must be hands-on, careful, fast, and quality-conscious.
• Must be based in Lagos and available for on-site work.
