Role Description

This is a remote role for a Generative AI Animator.

The role focuses on creating engaging, platform-ready AI-assisted visual content for social media and digital storytelling platforms.

You will be responsible for transforming scripts, concepts, songs, and story ideas into compelling animated short-form content using generative AI tools and creative workflows for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

You will work closely with the animation and content teams to ensure visual consistency, storytelling quality, audience engagement, and strong creative alignment across Arkchard Studios brands and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of short-form content, including pacing, rhythm, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Demonstrable experience in AI-assisted animation, visual storytelling, motion graphics, or digital content creation (through portfolio, freelance work, or personal projects)
• Proficiency in at least one or more generative AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Nano Banana, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms

Experience maintaining character consistency and visual continuity across scenes

• Ability to translate scripts, ideas, songs, and themes into clear, emotionally engaging visual content
• Strong understanding of prompt writing, scene consistency, cinematic composition, and visual storytelling workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted image-to-video and text-to-video production pipelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Good communication skills for collaboration and creative feedback implementation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Certificate, diploma, or informal training in animation, film, media, design, AI content creation, or a related field

Familiarity with children’s or family-oriented content

• Understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and hook-based storytelling

Additional Note

We value creativity, instinct, storytelling ability, and quality of execution over formal qualifications. We are especially interested in creatives who understand the future of storytelling through generative AI and can combine technology with strong artistic judgment.

If you can demonstrate originality, visual thinking, emotional storytelling, and strong execution through your portfolio, that carries more weight than any degree.
