Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train staff across operations, packaging, kitchen, and support teams
- Set clear performance standards, monitor productivity, and address underperformance promptly
- Handle staff discipline, warnings, terminations, and conflict resolution professionally
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Build and maintain a positive but accountable work culture aligned with Awameal’s brand values
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure staff behavior, hygiene, and conduct consistently reflect brand standards
- Identify training needs and support staff development
- Serve as the communication bridge between management and staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor (preferably in food, hospitality, or fast-paced environments)
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
- Good understanding of operations and workforce management
- Ability to enforce rules firmly while remaining fair and professional
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
