Responsibilities:
- Operations & Protocol Management: Oversee day-to-day security operations, man-guard deployment, escort logistics, and executive protocol duties to ensure flawless execution and high service standards.
- Business Development & Sales: Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new corporate and high-net-worth client accounts.
- Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and disciplined supervision to field operatives, supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Client Relations & Retention: Maintain exceptional relationships with existing clients, addressing escalated concerns and exploring opportunities for service upselling.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), and statutory compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven professional background in security operations, tactical planning, and protocol management.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and crisis-management capabilities.
- Prior experience or active affiliation with a Nigerian security/law enforcement force is an added advantage.
- Age range: 30–35 years.
