General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Business Development)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and conduct business analysis
- Direct marketing initiatives based on market research within the business
- Generate revenue and promote the company's consumer and corporate loan products while maintaining brand value
- Mobilise funds from corporate bodies, individuals, and cooperatives
- Ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML/CFT policies and regulations
- Provide proactive customer service
- Support the Executive Management in ensuring clear corporate objectives are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 12 years post-NYSC experience in Finance Companies, Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, or CBN-licensed lending institutions
- At least 7 years cognate business experience in funds mobilisation (Abuja market experience is an advantage)
- IPPIS portfolio management experience (added advantage)
- Professional qualifications: CIBN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Abuja business dynamics with an established network
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Result-oriented with strong marketing skills
- Self-confident and self-driven
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 1 Million
