Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments
- Supervise showroom, warehouse, logistics, sales, and administrative functions
- Drive sales performance and support revenue growth
- Ensure efficient systems, processes, and staff accountability
- Monitor business performance and prepare management reports
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand professionalism
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement
- Support management in executing strategic and commercial objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of operations, sales, administration, and team management
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive results
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in retail, furniture, interior design, or a related industry is an advantage
Remuneration: NGN 600,000- 700,000 (based on experience) monthly
