Location: Abuja

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000/month (based on experience and performance)

They are looking for a results-driven General Manager to take full ownership of operations, drive growth, and lead our team to the next level.

Role Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing staff, improving performance, and implementing strategies to scale the business. This role requires a strong leader who can bring structure, accountability, and fresh ideas to transform the salon into a high-performing, growth-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery

● Manage, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards

● Implement systems and processes to improve productivity and accountability

● Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution

● Monitor sales, expenses, and overall financial performance

● Ensure excellent customer experience and client retention

● Recruit, train, and onboard new staff when necessary

● Identify opportunities for expansion and increased revenue Requirements

Skills Required

● Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role (salon, retail, or service industry preferred)

● Strong leadership and people management skills

● Ability to create structure and enforce accountability

● Business-minded with a focus on growth and results

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work independently and take initiative
