Responsibilities: 

  • Provide overall strategic leadership, ensuring that the organization’s operations, programs, and initiatives are fully aligned with the Founder’s vision and long-term goals.
  • Supervise department leads and staff, guiding teams to deliver high-quality results, maintain accountability, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all units.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational and strategic plans to drive organizational growth, sustainability, and impact.
  • Oversee staff performance, support professional development, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, collaborators, sponsors, and community partners to support organizational objectives.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication across departments, promoting information flow, teamwork, and alignment of initiatives.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive operational and strategic reports to the Founder, highlighting performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency, ensuring optimal use of financial and human resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational policies, systems, and operational procedures to improve workflow, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements, advocating for its mission, programs, and initiatives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Arts Management, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in management, operations, or leadership roles within a creative, cultural, nonprofit, or business organization.
  • Proven experience supervising teams and managing day-to-day organizational operations is essential.
  • Experience in strategy development, partnerships, and organizational reporting is required.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, programs, or community-focused initiatives is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience reporting to senior leadership, board members, or founders is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple departments and manage operations effectively.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies and operational plans.
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail.
