Responsibilities::
- Lead company-wide execution and operational performance
- Drive revenue growth across retail, projects, field sales, and digital channels
- Oversee operations, production efficiency, and delivery performance
- Strengthen accountability and KPI discipline across departments
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO to scale the company sustainably
- Build systems and leadership structures that support long-term growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in senior leadership roles across operations, commercial management, sales, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or fast-growing businesses.
- Drives outcomes, not just meetings
- Understands revenue, operations, systems, and people
- Can lead multi-department teams with clarity and accountability
- Thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
- Has strong commercial and operational intelligence
- Knows how to build structure, culture, and performance at scale
