Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Platform Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Filly Jobs platform
- Translate the company vision into operational plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps
- Identify new opportunities for employer acquisition, job-seeker engagement, and monetization
- Analyze market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor platforms to inform strategy
Marketplace & Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the Filly Jobs platform, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Manage the balance between employer demand and job-seeker supply
- Improve onboarding flows for employers, recruiters, freelancers, and job seekers
- Establish and refine operational workflows, policies, and performance standards
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage platform budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation
- Track and optimize key metrics (active employers, job postings, applications, placements, revenue)
- Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Drive cost efficiency while supporting platform scalability
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead and coordinate internal teams across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support
- Set clear goals, expectations, and accountability frameworks
- Build a performance-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused culture
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership to align execution with company objectives
Sales, Partnerships & Employer Success
- Drive employer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Build partnerships with companies, recruitment agencies, institutions, and service providers
- Support pricing, subscription, and monetization strategies
- Represent Filly Jobs in demos, sales discussions, and strategic partner meetings
Quality, Compliance & User Experience
- Ensure a high-quality experience for both employers and job seekers
- Monitor platform trust, safety, and job quality standards
- Handle escalations, disputes, and service improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection standards, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in a general management, operations, or marketplace leadership role
- Strong understanding of job marketplaces, recruitment platforms, or SaaS ecosystems
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and operational processes
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Experience with job boards, recruitment platforms, freelance marketplaces, or HR tech (Preferred)
- Startup or high-growth platform experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with sales funnels, subscriptions, and B2B/B2C marketplace monetization (Preferred)
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams (Preferred)
