Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and departmental performance.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of company targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage staff to deliver results.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the MD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
- 3 years’ relevant experience, with management experience.
- Proven track record in business development or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
