Job summary
We are hiring for the position of a Persenal Assistant to the General Manager in our firm.

Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations, including schedule management, meeting coordination, document filing/archiving, and cross-department/cross-party coordination (clients and government agencies).
- Handle bilingual communication (Chinese–English) for internal collaboration and external basic business liaison to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Track key milestones of the CNG Mother Station project; prepare meeting minutes and action lists to drive follow-up and closure.
- Assist with Chinese–English translation of business documents, document compilation, and other special tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in languages or management preferred).
- 1–3 years in assistant/administration/business roles; familiar with Nigeria’s business environment and office processes; proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; capable of bilingual business communication, document translation, and meeting minutes.
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, strong execution, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in Chinese-invested enterprises; knowledge of the energy sector.
- Must be Nigerian citizen and preferable a male
